Item's Lost In The Post - PLEASE READ

In the very unlikely event your item doesn't arrive, please email me. There are usually a number of reasons why you haven't got the item, the most common being postal strikes, a time of the year when a lot of people are sending items and also the postman has tried to deliver the item, but couldn't for some reason & has forgotten to leave a card to tell you so, in this case please go to your local depot and ask them if they have any items for you, they are usually always happy to help you.

If the item is lost and not at the depot, please allow 2 weeks from the posting date, so that Royal Mail can class the item missing. I will then give you the proof of posting or if it was sent recorded the tracking receipt and all the paperwork you need (claim form, receipt etc, which I will fill it in for you, all you will need to do is fill in the parts I can't and sign it, then put it in the letter box) plus an envelope to post the claim forms (this is FREE-POST). The buyer has to make the claim for Royal Mail to honour the claim and my experience they always do so.
