Please read the below terms and conditions which apply to all XS Clearance customers:
Payment
All items purchased via eBay must be paid within 5 days unless otherwise agreed with the XS Clerance account manager - Any items that are not paid within this time frame will have to go through the resolution centre as a non-paid item which may result in a strike against your account.
We accept secure payments over the telephone by calling 0845 301 6824 - Lines are available Monday - Friday from 10am until 4pm - There is an answerphone facility to leave message so we can call you back to make payment.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A SALES NUMBER AND WE CAN ONLY DEAL WITH SALE RELATED ENQUIRIES.
Stock
All stock is despatched from our own warehouse but at times items that appear on eBay may be out of stock - We do everything in our power to update stock availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
If your item is unfortunately out of stock we will contact you via eBay to inform you and if the stock is due in soon you have the option to wait or cancel or alternatively have another product - If the item you have ordered is obsolete we will cancel the order and refund you within 2 working days.
We do not expect to receive negative feedback or any out of stock issue.
Delivery
All deliveries are made via DHL unless otherwise stated. All parcels on our standard delivery service will be delivered within 2-3 working days to mainland UK - please allow an additional day for delivery to Highlands/Islands.
All orders on our express service will be delivered within 1-2 working days to mainland UK only.
Please note that we are allowed to legally hold orders for upto 24hours before despatch.
Returns
If you wish to return a product all communciation must go through our returns dept at ebay@cc-promotions.co.uk - Unwanted goods must be advised within 7 days of order and charges will apply for collection plus 20% of the product value (delivery is non-refundable)
If your item arrives damaged we will replace the product at our earliest convenience and collect the item free of charge - If your item arrives damaged and you want a refund again delivery is non-refundable.
Any faulty items will be replaced within warranty unless the manufacturer are able to deal with the item i.e. spare parts or repair. All replacements will be free of charge but any refunds will be minus delivery.
Any items that arrive with missing parts etc. are responsibility of the manufacturer, we do not stock any spare parts and legally are not allowed to open any boxes prior to despatch.
Feedback
Feedback is very important to us as it allows us to show other buyers that we offer a first rate service to all - If you are thinking of leaving negative feedback please do get in contact with our account manager to resolve any issues.
