People often ask... why are we unable to give support over the phone? It is simply down to time. An email can often be answered in a few seconds where as a phone call can, and has in the past lasted from thirty minutes to an hour. For tuning or repair advice please try one of the many helpful and friendly internet forums. Apologies if we take some time to reply, we receive a huge amount of emails every day and try and respond to all ASAP.

Our opening hours are Mon-Fri 8am – 2pm and Sat 9am – 2pm.

Please contact us before visiting as we are often offsite due to commitments with the Pit Project

Returns: All of our items have 14 day returns policy (unless stated otherwise – T&C Apply). All returned items must be sent back to us complete with the following:

1) The item(s) purchased, including any extra parts / accessories supplied

2) A note containing your name, address and payment details.

All refunds are minus P&P charges unless the product is faulty or a mistake is made by us. Under no circumstance will we also pay for the cost of return postage. We refund payments on Mondays and Fridays.

We respectfully ask that you refrain from using obscene language or threaten us with a Neg - as we would rather take a Neg than abuse. We are a friendly and approachable team of people, we love what we do, so a polite email stating your problem will always get the issue resolved to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. As bikers we know what it’s like having your machine off the road..

Postage / multiple purchases:

• Combined purchases: If you would like us to combine items to save on P&P please select all goods and then request an invoice for the total amount.

• Shipping time: All orders placed before 12pm will be shipped that day and are sent first class recorded.

• Items not arrived: All Proof of Posting slips are retained, any items sent unrecorded that are lost in post will require us to leave a note on your feedback stating: ‘Apologies for the item missing in transit’ – this is to stop repeated false claims of items not arriving.

Please wait seven working days before reporting an item lost in post. We will then track it down and resend another item, we always do our best to get any situation resolved ASAP.
