Refunds
Allthough I have had very little need to execute these terms this is a legal requirement to enter these details, so here goes.
All refunds/exchanges must be arranged by prior agreement.
Misleading Listings
Items may be returned for a refund if they are not as described. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received in order to qualify for a full refund. .
Faulty/Lost
Items may be returned if they are faulty. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received to determine the fault details. Items are wrapped and packaged with care. I cannot however be responsible for items lost or damaged not sent on an insured service
Any Other Reason.
I will refund/exchange items in goodwill If the item is as described or not faulty then the cost of return postage must be met by the buyer.
I do however make every effort to list my items in an accurate manner, Please read carefully before purchasing, should you have any queries regarding any item please contact me. This saves you and me time.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
