Postage and Packaging

Once your payment has cleared we will dispatch your item the same or next working day, 1st class for UK parcels and Airmail for Worldwide parcels. We use recycled/biodegradeable mailbags whenever available. Please email us through ebay if your parcel hasn't arrived.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

Please return your item within 7 days of receiving it. Please book in your return through the new Ebay Returns System, we will then automatically receive notification of your return  so no need to email aswell. Please include the packing slip , the garments labels must be intact. If you would like another size in your item please buy the size you require from my ebay shop wholesale-clothes4u, and return the item you don't want for a refund. Refunds are processed only when the item has been returned to us. We do not refund postage fees.
