Purchases
All 'buy it now' purchases require immediate payment. Delayed payment may result in loss of purchase and an unpaid item strike being applied to the buyer.

Collections
Goods ordered for collection must be collected within 2 weeks of purchase. If an item is left uncollected after the 2 week period it may be resold and the original buyer may be liable for any unrecoverable ebay sellers fees or paypal fees resulting from the lost sale. Any fees would be deducted from the buyers refund.
whinmoor garden supplies withhold the right to charge storage fees for any item not collected within the 2 week period. The buyer will be informed of these charges and date of commencement of the chargable period by ebay message. whinmoor garden supplies will not be responsible for messages left unread.

Returns
Any dissatisfaction with the item purchased must be communicated to us within 2 days of taking delivery of your purchase.
All returned items must be in original packaging and all parts associated with the product included. Any free gifts offered by whinmoor garden supplies resulting from the returned items initial purchase must be returned with the item to qualify for a refund.
Failure to adhere to these policies and whinmoor garden supplies withhold the right to recover any losses from the buyers refund.
