Terms Overview

1. COMMITTING TO BUY
By committing to buy an item, you are accepting our full terms and conditions for the transaction and are adhering to eBay’s ‘general rules and policies’.

2. DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days upon cleared payment. For stocked goods, items are dispatched via suitable courier and will be delivered within 1-3 working days. Non stocked goods may take 3-7 days for delivery. We recommend where available purchasing Recorded Signed-For delivery at the checkout to ensure safe arrival and for peace of mind. We cannot be held responsible for any items that have been delayed, damaged or lost in transit via Royal Mail or any other courier service.
In the unlikely event your goods fail to arrive. Compensation is provided by Royal Mail for Standard (1st/2nd Class), Recorded Signed-For or Special delivery. For more information on Royal Mail 'Lost and Late Mail', and to claim for compensation please click here.

3. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We offer a 7 day returns and exchange policy for most items, returned to us in a fully resalable, unused / unworn condition.
A unique Returns Reference Number (RRN) will be provided upon request, and must be included on any returns or exchange form for a return to be accepted and processed. Full Terms and conditions stated below.

4. PROMOTIONS
The Seasonal promotions are only redeemable for the period stated in the listings and are subject to our Full Terms and Conditions stated below. We reserve the right to change or modify promotions with no prior notice.

Full Terms and Conditions

1. COMMITTING TO BUY

1.1 By committing to buy an item, you are accepting our full terms and conditions and are purchasing in accordance to eBay’s ‘general rules and policies’
1.2 Payment must be made or initiated within three days after an auction has been won, or a listing has been purchased.
1.3 For security purposes, we prefer payment to be made via PayPal. We also accept UK cheques, Postal Orders and Bankers Draft. We do not accept cash payments.
1.4 International purchases must be made via PayPal only. We do not accept International postage orders or vouchers, as these are liable for tax and bankers charges.

2. DELIVERY

2.1 Our aim is to ship items purchased before 2:00pm on the same day.
2.2 Our typical handling period is 1-2 working days. During busier periods our handling period is 1-3 working days.
2.3 Our arranged Royal Mail and Parcel Force collections are between Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We do not ship items on a Saturday or Sunday. Please click here for Royal Mail's recommended shipping times.
2.4 We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force, TNT and FedEX for our delivery services. Multiple purchase items may require combining and delivery via another service or courier.
2.5 We charge to cover the cost of the postage, packaging and administration involved in the carrying out the entire pack and dispatch process.
2.6 We recommend purchasing Recorded Signed-For delivery at the checkout to ensure safe arrival and for peace of mind. We cannot be held responsible for any items that have been delayed, damaged or lost in transit via Royal Mail or any other courier service.
2.7 Ensure your delivery address and postal code registered with eBay and PayPal is correct, and somebody is present to receive and sign for the order. If an item is returned (undelivered - not called for OR insufficient / incorrect address), or you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply, we retain the right to decline you a refund. The item may be returned / redelivered back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and other associated charges.
2.8 In the unlikely event your goods fail to arrive via Royal Mail, compensation is provided for Standard (1st/2nd Class), Recorded Signed-For or Special delivery. For more information on Royal Mail 'Lost and Late Mail', and to claim for

2.9 In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged in transit, a claim must be filed by notifying the courier driver immediately. We must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery time to process the claim successfully.


3. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

IMPORTANT: Please ensure these terms have been read and the downloadable Returns or Exchange Form (link provided below) is printed, completed fully and accurately, and returned with the resalable item, in order to receive a refund. If you require a refund or exchange please contact our Customer Service Team with in the 7 Day period, to obtain a unique
RETURN REFERENCE NUMBER (RRN) and for our full returns address; NB: goods cannot be refunded or exchanged without this RRN number.

3.1 We will be happy to refund an item (unless stated in the listing description), provided it is in fully resalable, unused / unworn condition and within 7-Days of receipt of item.
3.2 Lingerie / swim wear specific products may be exempt from our 7-Day Returns and Exchange Policy due to health and hygiene reasons. Please ensure you read the listings 'Item Description' to see if your lingerie item qualifies for a refund. For health and hygiene reasons, items returned marked, perfumed or soiled will not be refunded.
3.3 Please do not attach sticky tape to the shoebox or item/product wrapping, and ensure all contents remain in the shoebox or item/product wrapping. Please return in mailing bag or similar.
3.4 The buyer assumes full responsibility for additional returns/exchange postage costs. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit via Royal Mail or any other courier service. Please obtain a FREE Proof of Postage (POP) certificate from the Post Office (this applies to UK customers only).
3.5 All items are the responsibility of the customer until safely received and must include the completed Returns or Exchange Form.
3.6 Return goods without Recorded Signed-For Delivery or International Signed-For Delivery at your own risk. Goods undelivered or returned damaged in transit without Recorded Signed-For Delivery or International Signed-For Delivery cannot be refunded.
3.7 Open packaging with great care. Do not remove garment labels. If we find that the product and/or packaging has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or charge a restocking fee of up to 25% on goods that prove to be non-defective. This is because we will have to mark down the goods as "used" in order to resell them.
3.8 For security purposes we will not accept hand delivered Returns/Exchanges. We must stress, all items must be returned by post or courier to qualify for a refund or exchange.
3.9 If you return an item to us outside the terms of our 7-day returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply, we retain the right to decline you a refund. The item may be returned back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and other associated charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.
Please note: Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.
3.10 Goods will be inspected upon receipt before a refunded or exchange can be approved. For health and hygiene reasons, items returned marked, perfumed or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged.
3.11 In the unlikely event you receive a damaged product which was not noticed upon receipt of delivery, you must provide evidence of the damage to us within 24 hours (from the time you received the product) to process a claim successfully. You must forward image(s) and details of the damaged product via email to: info@westmount-online.com
We, or our suppliers will assess the images you provide. Once we have accepted the product as damaged goods we will begin the process of replacement or refund, whichever is applicable.


4. PROMOTIONS

4.1 Promotions are only redeemable for the period stated in the listings and are subject to our full terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change or modify promotions with no prior notice.
4.2 If a promotional code is provided with the listing, it must be supplied at checkout in order to redeem the promotional offer. This is applicable to the Season Promotion only. The standard promotion is applied automatically at the checkout for all other listings that include 25% discount.
4.3 The promotional code for the Season Promotion can be used repeatedly, without limit, until the promotion expires, or unless otherwise stated.
4.4 Promotional codes or listings cannot be combined to incur further discount, greater than that on offer.

5. COPYRIGHT

5.1 The contents of the Westmount Living eBay shop are either our property (or that of our affiliated companies) or are used under licence from our suppliers. We are the owners of the compilation of information in the listings and other pages of the shop.
5.2 It is not permitted to copy or download any part of our shop pages (other than by reason of automatic page caching such as the Returns and Exchange form), to amend or modify any part of it, to reproduce or copy, sell (including any resale), or otherwise exploit our shop for any purpose other than the purposes of browsing our product offer(s) and ordering goods or services from us. It is not permitted to use any of our logos or graphics.
