It is my intention always to ensure all my customers have a fast friendly service from Unique Greetings, however I am spending an increasing amount of time trying to track customers for details required on PERSONALISED TOPPERS!
So, please note that as from 1st April 2009 if within 5 days of paying for a personalised topper I have not received the details required for printing on the topper from a buyer , I will refund payment LESS paypal fees (for returning payment, usually approx 26p per topper) effectively CANCELLING the order for that topper.
Each listing for every personalised topper clearly states what details are required and this info can be sent to me either in the message box with the payment or immediately after paying by mailling me via ebay.
If customers have ordered other items alongside personalised toppers those items will be delivered but may take longer to despatch if I am waiting for any information required for the personalised items in that order
