Bags Policies
All items are covered
by a six month return to seller warranty.
Warranty covers faulty materials
or manufacturing workmanship.
Customers are required to return any
faulty product to Wheeley Bags Ltd,
Po Box 6876 , New Milton Hampshire,
BH25-9BW. When received, all items will
be inspected with 72 hours for warranty
replacement, with replacement items
then dispatched within 24 hours on a
next day by 4-00pm delivery basis. Redelivery
charges for warranty approved replacements
will be paid by the seller.
Unwanted purchases / Purchased
in error.
Items purchased will be accepted for
return on the basis that they are returned
unused, in the original packaging within
a period of fifteen days from date of
receipt, to Wheeley Bags Ltd, Po Box
6876 , New Milton Hampshire, BH25-9BW.
Dispatch costs will be borne by the
purchaser. When received, all items
will be inspected with 72 hours for
refund, existing delivery charge and
25% of cost will be deducted from original
amount paid with refunds then approved
and made within 72 hours thereafter.
Incorrect Item purchased /
requires exchange for correct item.
Items purchased in error will be accepted
for exchange on the basis that they
are returned unused, in the original
packaging within a period of fifteen
days from date of receipt to, Wheeley
Bags Ltd, Po Box 6876 , New Milton Hampshire,
BH25-9BW. Return dispatch costs will
be borne by the purchaser. When received,
all items will be inspected with 72
hours for exchange. Exchange items will
be dispatched within 48 hours thereafter
on a next working day by 4-00PM Service;
delivery charges will be borne by the
purchaser.
A full credit will be made against
the original item received less delivery
charge, exchange items will be dispatched
when receipt of balance due is paid.
Any refund due will be made within 72
hours of dispatch of replacement item. |
