Goods often despatched the same day if payment is received before 12pm.  If you need something urgently please let us know and we'll do our best to help.

Despatch time may be up to 3 working days of receiving cleared payment during busy periods.

We can accept PayPal, bank transfer, Sterling postal order.  Bank transfer preferred for UK transactions.

Goods can also be collected in person.

Unless otherwise stated our default service for UK sales is "Royal Mail First Class Recorded" and for international sales, "Royal Mail International Signed For".

We offer a cooling off period for all sales. Please see our returns policy for details.

Please ensure that if paying by PayPal your address is confirmed, buyers with unconfirmed addresses will experience delays as further verification will be sought.

Auction and fixed price formats are inclusive of VAT at the relevant rate and where applicable.

Invoices for goods delivered outside of the EU can be zero-rated for VAT. Please ask for further details.

Our default carrier is Royal Mail: we will use a signed for or tracked service with appropriate insurance.

I will be happy to combine postage and payment on auction sales. Please ask for more details.
