Q:How much is the postage?
A:All postage costs are now displayed by clicking the P & P and Payments Tab next to the description Tab on every listing.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes, we operate a 'fair postage' policy & always combine shipping. If you have purchase several items from the same listing your postage is automatically calculated & correct, if you have purchased from different listings please request total from seller so I can amend any combined postage costs. If by chance we overlook any overpaid postage please contact ASAP & request a refund.
Q:What is your return policy?
A:Our standard policy is to exchange faulty goods and refund any shipping charges incurred. In addition we have a 'no quibble' returns policy that allows you to return any unwanted item providing it is unused, in the condition it arrived and buyer accepts they are responsible for all shipping costs.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes, please include the quantity required along with your Country so we can check out the best available shipping options for you
Q:Is this price for a pair?
A:The unit of sale is clearly indicated in red lettering beneath the main photo at the begining of every listing so it is not advisable to assume any of our goods are sold in 'pairs' as this may not be the case, on the odd occasion that we do offer the sale as a pair the desciption will always begin with 'Pair of'.

A:No we are online sales only, our full address & telephone number (answer service only) is listed below. Please note that because we are an internet sales company only emails will always take precendant over telephone enquiries.
