| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We can only accept returns if the product is faulty in some way, not because you changed your mind. Items must by returned within 7 days of receipt. We do not accept responsibility for items damaged in the mail, unless you have paid for postal insurance. We can only refund the cost of the item, not any delivery fees. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Yes, for items bought with 7 days of each other. If it is not calculated automaticaly upon checkout, please request an invoice so that we can adjust the toal for you.
Exceptions would be eg. if you buy a print and a book, as we can't fit a book in the postal tubes we use. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:We aim to despatch goods as quickly as possible once payment your has cleared. After that it depends on the postal service.
UK, 3-5 days. Europe, 7-10 days, Rest of World, 10-14 days. These times are only a rough guide, not a guarantee. |

| A:Yes, we ship worldwide via airmail. |
| Q:I'm buying this as a gift and need it tomorrow, can you send it quickly please? |

| A:We can only ship as fast as the postal service will deliver, and normally only despatch goods twice a week. If you want to pay for guaranteed next day delivery, then please send us a seperate email, as messages added to the end of a Paypal payment probably won't be seen in time! |
| Q:I saw an item I wanted in your ebay shop and now it's gone, do you have any more? |

| A:Only a fraction of our stock is listed online. If there's something your after but can't find, send us an email. We may have it in stock, or be able to order it for you. |
| Q:Can I collect the item I bought in person? |
|
| A:Yes, we have a shop in Bristol, just 2 minutes from Broadmead/Bus Station. Opening hours: tuesday-saturday, 11.30am-6.30pm. Please email in advance so we can have the goods ready for you. |
