REFUND POLICY If it is apparent that the item description is materially inaccurate or the item is damaged and not described as such then we will refund.If the item proves unsuitable or does not fit or the buyer changes their mind then we will not refund when the item was in "Auction"; when it is in a "Fixed Price"/"Buy it Now" category we will refund  the purchase price but not reimburse the buyer's postage costs and we may charge a handling fee(for example,when we have not charged for postage and packaging there was obviously a cost to us which we will deduct from the refunded amount).For hygiene reasons,we cannot accept the return of swimwear,underwear or earrings.Your statutory rights are not affected.
