All items purchased will be despatched by 2nd class post within 3 working days of receipt of cleared payment unless otherwise stated.
We do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post, but are happy to make alternative delivery arrangements,please ask for details.
If an item is not received please let us know and we will endeavour to rectify that for you.
If an item is received but damaged during transit, please return the item within 7 days or provide proof of its receipt & damage (ie photo), so we can send a replacement to you. If an item is recieved in good condition but is not to your liking we will accept returns within 7 days and will refund or replace the item if it is received in good condition. Any refunds will be of the purchase price only (not the cost of the postage).
