All our reconditioned phones come with a seven-day no quibble money back guarantee. This means that if within 7 days of receiving your phone you decide you don’t like it; the buttons are too small; you don’t like the colour; any reason really, then you can return it for a refund.
If you want to return a phone under our 7 day policy, you can contact us at
ebay.shop@orange-ftgroup.com, (please include the ebay auction number of the phone). We'll explain the returns process and send you a returns bag.
Please don't take your phone in to one of our high street shops, or call our general Customer Services numbers - they won't be able to help you. Stock for the Orange store on ebay is dealt with separately.
We can only take back phones that have their original packaging and contents: user guide, charger and so on. (You don't have to send us anything extra though. We get enough socks at Christmas.)
Oh, the phone also has to be in the same physical condition as it was when you got it. So please treat it carefully.
Once we get your phone back, we'll refund the cost of your order excluding postage. We'll send the money to the Paypal account used in the auction. If we have any questions for you, we'll get in touch.
faultsOur nearly new phones come with a six-month warranty against electrical and manufacturing faults. If something does goes wrong with your phone during this time, you can contact us at
ebay.shop@orange-ftgroup.com, (please include the ebay auction number of the phone), and we'll try to replace it for you.
If we're not able to give you the same model of phone again, we'll offer you an alternative.
Please note that we won't be able to refund any talk time you've added to your SIM card; all you need to do is hold on to your SIM card and put it into your replacement phone.
