We'll try to get back to you within 2 working days, but remember that we're not here at weekends or public holidays.

When dropping us an email to ebay.shop@orange-ftgroup.com, please inlcude one of the below phrases in the subject line, (we've added a brief explanation of when to use them) ;

Faulty = there was a problem with the phone when you received it.

Warranty = the phone worked ok at first but has developed a fault within 6 months of purchase.

Return = you have decided that you do not want the phone and want to use our 7 day returns policy.

No phone = your phone hasn’t arrived in-line with the delivery schedule in our listings (please check our news and updates page first for information on any delivery delays).

Wrong phone = the phone you received wasn’t the one you had bid on and won at auction.

Missing SIM pack = you have the phone and charger etc, but the SIM card is missing from the box.

Feedback = you have left us feedback, but we don’t appear to have left any yet for you.

Questions = this is if you have a general question about a phone we have for sale.

This way we know what the problem is about and can allocate it to one of the team accordingly. If you don’t put a subject in the field or use ebays message centre, then we aren't able to guarantee when we can get back to you, due to the high volume of emails we receive.
