The shop is always open for buying and bidding on fabrics, and I aim to dispatch all orders ASAP after receiving cleared payments. I post out daily - Monday through to Thursday; any payments for orders received after 10am on Thursdays will mean that your package will be dispatched promptly the following Monday.
I am available to assist with queries every day except for Fridays, and will respond to emails as promptly as possible. I would ask for your patience on occasions, as I’m often in my cutting room preparing customers’ orders, but rest assured you will hear back from me at the earliest opportunity. |
