Q:What is your return policy?
A:We offer 100% satisfaction no quibble guarantee (excluding return postage). Please contact us before returning an item for any reason, as it may not always be necessary. Return or cancel within 14 days of receipt, enclosing a copy of the invoice for reference, to: The Appleman Ltd, 73 Hennings Park Road, Poole, Dorset BH15 3QX (postal address only)
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:All items are sent first class, free of charge, no matter how many are ordered within the UK. A subsidised fee is charged for deliveries outside of the UK (please see individual listings). More expensive items are sent in separate parcels, for insurance purposes.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:Items ordered before 3pm weekdays & 10am Saturdays are usually posted first class same day for UK (received 1-3 working days). A single dispatch is made for worldwide orders each day (5-14 day delivery). The postal service is outside of our control, but we have an excellent track record. Please contact us if you consider your item is overdue.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Free within the UK unless specified. Worldwide postage, although subsidised, varies & will be stated on each listing.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes, we have many repeat international customers & are very happy to send items anywhere in the world.
Q:Will you leave feedback for me?
A:Our feedback is automated & will be left once the transaction has been completed to your satisfaction.
Q:I have ordered the wrong item, what shall i do?
A:Please email us to let us know straight away & simply return the item in it's original packaging for a refund or exchange - don't forget to include a copy of the packing invoice.
Q:I have been notified that there will be a delay of 10 days why my echeque clears, Why?
A:Sometimes we receive echeques via paypal instead of an instant payment. There are many reasons personal to you & your account for this, so you will need to contact Paypal. Unfortunately we are unable to release items until a cleared payment is received, but we will inform you if this is the case.
