Our blinds are very competitively priced, and you can often make huge savings against the cost of made to measure blinds by altering one of our standard products.

However, rest assured that should the blind not be suitable for you window for any reason whatsoever, you can return the blind to us for a no questions asked refund. Please feel free to email us should you wish to return a product, and we will provide you with the address for postage.

Vertical blinds

All these blinds can be adjusted in both the width and the length so that they can fit any window. No gluing is required to alter the vein length on the vertical blinds, due to the ingenious assembly system. This system also means that you can ‘tweak’ the length of the blind should you not get it right first time.

These blinds can easily be cut down in width with a hacksaw.

Wooden Venetian blinds

All of our wooden Venetian blinds can be cut down with care. The head rails, and the wooden slats can be cut with either a circular saw, or a band saw. However, this should only be attempted should you be fully familiar with the use of these tools.

Metal Venetian blind

All our metal Venetian blinds can be cut down in the width, and our blind cutting tool is available in our Ebay shop. This blind cutting tool will allow you to cut the width of each slat individually, and the cutter also has the same profiled edges as the standard blind, meaning each blind slat has a professional look. Full instructions for shortening the length of the blind are included in the pack.

Roman blind

It is possible to alter Roman blinds, but you will need the appropriate sewing skills in order to do so. Ready made Roman blinds are often massively cheaper than custom made items, and therefore if you have some sewing ability, it is possible with care to alter the width and also the drop of a Roman blind. However, this is not something that we would recommend, and we would always recommend that with a ready made blind unless you are lucky enough for it to fit inside the window, that it be placed outside the window.

Poles over this size are supplied in two halves, and have three fixing brackets. The join of the curtain pole fits inside the centre brackets so that it cannot be seen.

We are therefore unable to offer any additional joining splices for curtain poles.

Please note that all our curtains are supplied and priced in pairs, and each auction clearly states whether the curtains are lined or unlined.
