Return Policies

Any faults in product must be notified to us with in 48 hours and sent back to us within 7 days with a Returns Number obtained from us after inspecting goods on arrival. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. If Item found not to be defective, all fees incurred will be deducted before any monies will be refunded using PayPal, any returns are sent back at your cost we will not refund return postage

Terms and Conditions

 We will ship merchandise to the address listed on buyer's eBay.
All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. All products are double checked prior posting.

Photographs

All photographs are taken to ensure all the items shown accurately as possible, unfortunately colour reproduction varies with different monitors and their settings, and the colours may show differently on your monitor. Please refer to the listing and e-mail us for more information if needed, we will be happy to advise in any way we can.

Payment

Payment must be received within 3 days after the auction has ended. Failure to pay within 3 days will result in the item being re-listed, negative feedback, filing a dispute through eBay and block you from bidding on our items.

We accept PayPal, cheque, postal orders. 

When paying by cheque please allow 7 working days for the funds to clear

POSTAGE & PACKAGING:

All our couriers offer adequate insurance.  When not buying multi items, Optional insurance is offered. Should you want to buy goods using this service? Proof of postage is always obtained.  Tracking details please contact if needed

any goods that are received damaged via a courier the claim will be with the courier and not ourselves. any returns are sent back at your cost we will not refund return postage

P&P will be Charge as standard rate for multiple purchased items up to 30kg in weight, no matter how many items there are (for mainland UK only - please see POSTAGE ZONES for the rest of the UK). Rest see below

All items are posted Monday - Thursday inclusive. Most items are delivered within 3 - 5 working days. Please allow couriers delivery time, maximum of 7 - 10 working days. All our couriers offer adequate insurance. Proof of postage is always obtained. For goods lost or damaged in transit by 3rd parties (Royal Mail, courier services etc) we will provide all necessary assistance to help validate your claim.
