Cheques take 4 working days to clear, this means that if a cheque is banked on a Monday, it will clear at Midnight on Friday. Weekends & Bank Holidays are not classed as Working Days
Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within (7) days before submitting payment.
Cancelled Orders:
Buyers must only bid on the item(s) or enter a BUY IT NOW auction if they are serious that they will want the item and will pay for the item, as any cancelled orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. |

Most of our orders are dispatched within just 48 hours of cleared payment being received, however may take up to 7 days to be received. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and public holidays. No pickups are permitted.

 | As a fully registered UK Limited Company, we will issue a full VAT Invoice along with your order. Please keep this as it is your proof of purchase and will be needed should you ever need to register a warranty claim.
90 DAY WARRANTY
Unless specified in the listing above; all sales come with a Sonic-Phones 90-day warranty.
For the first 28 days after receipt of order, genuinely faulty goods will be replaced, repaired or money refunded. Bearing in mind many problems are inadvertently created during setup and install, please allow the Manufacturer Helpline the opportunity to solve the problem over the phone. You can find the Helpline Numberin the User Guide.
Return of faulty products after more than 28 days
All our products carry a 90 day 'return to base' warranty (Unless otherwise specified in the listing above). Once your product is more than 28 days old (but within the 90 day warranty) we will repair or replace it free of charge, if the exact model is not available then a product of similar features will be issued. Any delivery or return costs will NOT be refunded after 28 days. It is solely at the discretion of Sonic-Phones as to whether a repair, replacement or an alternative is provided.

If you change your mind about your purchase for whatever reason, you may return the item, unused, in its original condition along with full packaging and proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery for exchange or a refund. Any delivery or return costs will NOT be refunded.

NEW ITEMS: If specified in the listing that the item is new, it will be as stated BRAND NEW in original box.
REFURBISHED ITEMS: Our refurbished product is generally in great condition (Unless stated in the listing above). Most of this product is customer "no fault" returns that high street and Internet shops accept back with their 16 or 28 day "no quibble policies". Once sold and returned it is not allowed under trades' description legislation to be sold again as new. The product is therefore returned to the retailer. A lot of the items are also ex-display, or brand new damaged box (These are products that are new but due to the original packaging being damaged the product has been repacked in an original box or a plain box.

Much of the product is in excellent condition but some may have minor marks or slight scratching from the handling it receives. |
