These terms and conditions help to keep Sneakeraddicts a safe place to trade and you should understand that by placing an order you accept the following terms and conditions

Sales Policy

All zero feedback customers need to pay by cheque or postal order, this protects us both from the increased number of fraudulent transactions on Ebay at the moment

Sneakeraddicts have made every effort to ensure that all product information held is accurate

All prices shown include VAT

Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase

Non payments will be reported to Ebay and Paypal

No material from the Sneakeraddicts Ebay store may be copied, downloaded, reproduced or changed in any way

Confirmed Paypal addresses only

Paypal E payment (please allow 7 to 10 working days from receipt for your payment to clear)

Cheque (please allow 5 working days from receipt for your payment to clear)

Once payment has fully cleared the order will be shipped

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday

Customers outside the EU will in some cases be charged for customs and/or import taxes, this is out of our hands, so please check with your local customs for details

All UK orders are sent fully insured by Royal Mail and are sent either Special Delivery or 1st Class Recorded delivery

All International orders are sent fully insured and are sent by Royal Mail and are sent either International Signed For or International Airsure

All orders require a signature upon delivery, this also provides added security

If Royal Mail are unable to deliver for whatever reason they will leave a calling card, the order will then be returned to the Royal Mail depot for your collection

If the order is not collected from the Royal Mail depot then the Order will be returned to us, if this happens, further delivery costs will be charged to re-send out the order

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are per item, reductions in shipping costs can be made for multiple purchases

UK: 1st Class Recorded Delivery: £6

UK: Special Delivery: £8

Europe: International Signed For International Airsure: £12

Rest of the world: International Signed For or International Airsure: £18

Returns

In the unlikely event that a return is required, all returns must be made within 7 Days of delivery

All returns must include the original products in the original packaging, in an undamaged, unworn and re-saleable condition and where applicable all tags must still be attached to the products

Shipping fees are non refundable on returns unless the products are faulty or an error has been made

The buyer is responsible for any shipping and insurance costs incurred sending any returns back

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges

After examination of any returns, refunds will made within 72 hours

Please check out our existing feedback and purchase in total confidence each and every time

Feedback is taken seriously, if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase please make contact within 5 days, we will then look at possibly resolving the issue for you
