Payment:  Non U.K. buyers please use Paypal only  for U.K residents  we accept Paypal or British Postal Orders . We Accept Personal cheque over the Value of £10.00 due to the high bank charges. All Cheque must clear before despatch  (usually over a week)  For a faster dispatch please alternate means of payment .

Deliveries: Free U.K.delivery all orders over £100.00  Combain Postage will be given where its possible on a Multiple Items, we dont automatically send an invoice as many buyers like to browse before deciding so please request an invoice when you are redy to pay. We use Royal mail as our main Postal provider, but the actual sevice used nay vary depending on variety of factors .If your order is URGET you will need to use special delivery service this will cost more than quoted prices  please ask for the extra cost . some of our parcel need  signature upon arrival . We expect all the UK deliveries arrived  no later than 7 days despatch.May be at holiday times or other reason can take longer.All European deliveries to have arrived no later than 14 days after despatch. all other destinations no later than 28 days after despatch. Of course we do expect most deliveries to arraive much quicker than quoted.

Non Delivery: In the event that a Parcel is returned to us because of Royal mail or other curier was unable to deliver or not collected from the depot,then the customer must bear the cost of a Re-delivery.

Feedback: We will leave a FEEDBACK for all our customers once you have received and are happy with your items.Just leave us Positive feedback to say they have arrived.

     please do not leave negative or neutral feedback with out contacting us first as most problems can be fixed easily.

Returns: In the unlikely event that your purchase isn't quite what you thought, simply send us an e-mail to let us know and popin the post to us unused and its original packaging for a full refund.The cost of return must be paid by the recipient. All returns must be notified to us with in 14 days of receipt and post marked no later than 30 days after dispatch
