Shonamac.com was established in November 2002 to sell clothes and accessories on behalf of our clients to eBay bidders all over the world. Growth has been amazing and we have been listed in British Vogue's Top 100 Shops and the Harpers Essential List.

Banker's Draft/Postal Order, Personal Cheque Other
We accept Paypal, sterling personal cheques, UK Postal Orders, Sterling Money Orders or direct bank transfer. We also accept card payments over the telephone. Call 07804 875137 to make a payment.
Shop ship-to locations   We are very proud of our multi-national client base and have clients from Hawaii to New Zealand. If you are international bidder though please make sure you have the ability to pay in British pounds as we do not accept any other currency.
 
Postage & packaging   We will post out items same working day as receiving payment as long as cleared funds are received before 4pm. All items will require a signature on delivery. Note that in the UK an item will only be insured for £28 if you select Recorded Delivery. We recommend Special Delivery for more expnsive items or where you required guarenteed next day delivery. 
Customer service & return policy   We pride ourselves on our customer service and will do out utmost to resolve any problems - but we cannot offer refunds where items do not fit. Refunds will be offered only if the item has been misdescribed and the refund is requested immediately on receipt of the item.
Additional Shop Information

We are open Mon-Fri 9-6pm UK time and only have email/ebay access during those times. So if you email us with a query or a payment we will not be able to respond outside those times. Note we also observe English Bank Holidays!
