We cannot refund monies on behalf of Royal Mail or our courier however, If your item is sent Royal Mail recorded and is lost in transit you can make a claim against Royal Mail for up to a total of £36.00. If your item was sent via courier service I will make the claim on your behalf and keep you informed of the claim. f you haven’t received your item after 5 days please contact us and I will send you the original stamped recorded slip or contact the courier.
