Postage costs are based on the item's weight. Although we use recycled packaging whenever possible, we do add a small fee for manpower and, when necessary, materials.

At the Recycle Warehouse we try to provide the best possible customer service and send out items asap. If you are not happy with your item and/or the service we have given you please email us at action21ebay@gmail.com and we try to resolve the problem the best we can. Unfortunately, as we depend entirely on volunteers who can't always be around for this online shop, it's not always possible to answer questions immediately, but we will try our best!
