The postage price, postage method and available locations for each item is specified on every listing. Not every item can be posted to every location so if yours is not there then you will not be able to bid on the item. We post everything within two working days of your payment clearing and we will email you to let you know when your item is despatched. Please see below for more information on the postage methods we use.
UK Postage: We use several different services for UK postage depending on the size, weight and value of the item. All the methods we use include the required level of insurance and should your parcel be lost or damaged we will happily put a claim in for you and give you a full refund. As packages are sometimes delayed we do need to wait 3 weeks from the date of posting before we can claim for a lost parcel and in cases of a damaged parcel you will need to keep all of the packaging in case it needs to be inspected.
