 | A: If you are not 100% happy with your purchase then please email me so that I can rectify the problem. I will always sort problems and, if an item is faulty, will give an exchange (where possible) or refund (your choice) including P&P costs on return of the item to me. If you have a problem then just let me know. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: Yes, all multiple items will be weighed as one parcel wherever possible and postage charged accordingly. Please email for a quote stating your location and which items you're interested in. |
 | Q: How quickly do you send out items? |

 | A: All items are shipped within 2 business days (and usually faster) of receipt of cleared payment. This means a very fast turnaround for payment by Postal Order and Paypal (instant payment) but I do need to wait for clearance for cheques and uncleared Paypal funds such as e-cheques. |
 | Q: How much is the Postage & Packing Charge? |

 | A: All postage and packing charges for all areas (UK, Europe and Rest-Of-The-World) can be found on every item at the bottom of the item description. I always keep this as low as possible and don't charge for my time - just for the cost of the stamp and packaging materials. |

 | Q: Which payment methods do you accept? |

 | A: I accept payment IN GBP ONLY by Paypal, UK cheques and postal orders. I also accept international money orders IN GBP ONLY and direct bank transfer IN EUROS ONLY. eBay no longer allow sellers to offer cash in any currency as a payment option. |

 | A: No, I only accept the payment methods listed above. |
 | Q: Is this item sealed? |

 | A: If it is sealed then the description states this. If the description doesn't specifically say sealed then the item is unsealed. I receive many brand new items direct from my suppliers which are not factory sealed. This is common in the UK and does not mean they are used. I never describe used items as new.  | Q: Is this item genuine or a copy? |

 | A: All my items are genuine legitimate releases. I don't sell pirates, bootlegs or illegal items of any description. I also don't ever sell inferior Far Eastern issues. |

 | Q: Why hasn't my item arrived yet? |

 | A: If you have paid by Paypal please check that the payment has cleared. If you have used an e-cheque, for instance, this is not an instant payment. Paypal do not make it clear to you when your payment is by e-cheque (which takes ages to clear). If you have received a despatch email then please contact me as occasionally things go astray in the post. |
 | Q: What if my item gets lost in the post? |

 | A: I offer insurance options (Recorded or Special Delivery in the UK, International Signed For or Airsure outside the UK) on all items. If you don't take insurance, then I still obtain a Certificate Of Posting for all items. I will put in a claim with Royal Mail and forward the compensation to you. You will need to confirm non-delivery to Royal Mail. |
 | Q: What if my item gets damaged in the post? |

 | A: I use sturdy and appropriate packaging for all my items to minimise any chance of damage. However, if the worst happens then, as above, I will always put in a claim with Royal Mail. You will need to keep all packaging and be prepared to send me photos of the damage to enable me to submit the claim. |
 | Q: When do you leave feedback? |
 |
 | A: As soon as I know that you have received your item and are happy with it. You can let me know by email or leave feedback for me to confirm this, either is fine. I NEVER use feedback as a threat or leave retaliatory negative and neutral comments to blackmail customers into mutual withdrawal. |
