I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to return your item. If you’ve purchased a BUY-IT-NOW item, and you’re not completely satisfied with it, simply return it to us in its original condition* within 14 days of receipt. Prior to doing so, you must contact customer care, stating your reason for return, and whether you’d like a replacement, store credit, or a full refund to the value of the goods purchased.

We can exchange the item for a different size/colour on receipt, or issue store credit/full refund (excluding original delivery charge) if preferred. Please be aware that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we’d recommend you return it using an insured/recorded service.

If you’ve purchased an AUCTION item and you’re not completely satisfied with it, simply return it to us in its original condition* within 14 days of receipt. You’re entitled to store credit to the value of the goods purchased. NO REFUNDS will be issued upon the return of any auction-based listings.

Please post together with the eBay item number and your eBay user ID (it’s VITAL to include these details) to:

*PLEASE NOTE: when trying on items of clothing, ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. All items that are not returned in the original condition will subsequently be posted back to you.

MY ITEM IS FAULTY

If the item you’ve received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your eBay item number and username, the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement (if available).

We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

I’VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

In the highly unlikely event that the item you’ve received isn’t correct to the original order, please contact customer care quoting your ORIGINAL eBay item number and username, and whether you’d like a full refund or the original order posting out to you. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.
