DELIVERY INFORMATION

We post every working day, to almost every country in the World. If you’re able to submit payment before 3pm GMT, your parcel will be dispatched that very same day. We offer a number of different services provided by the Royal Mail, all of which are insured services and can be fully tracked, thus providing the knowledge and comfort that you’ll always be covered should any problems with the delivery of your parcel arise.

Our postage costs are always calculated based on the actual weight of the item(s), so you can be sure of never paying more than you should have to in order to receive your parcel.

UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

1st Class Recorded Delivery (1-3 working days)

• A signature will be required upon receipt.
• A tracking number is available for all parcels.
• If you are not able to take receipt of the parcel, the Royal Mail will leave a calling card explaining how to re-arrange delivery or collection.
• There will be no deliveries on Bank Holidays.
• If you are not able to take receipt of the parcel, and it’s not collected or redelivery rearranged within seven calendar days, the item will be returned to us and you will be required to re-pay the postage costs.

Special Delivery™ Next Day

• Available Monday-Friday (Saturday delivery is an additional £2).
• Order must be completed by 3pm to ensure next day delivery.
• Guaranteed delivery before 1pm.
• Any next day delivery orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays), unless an upgrade to Saturday delivery is made.
• A signature will be required upon receipt.
• A tracking number is available for all parcels.
• If you are not able to take receipt of the parcel, the Royal Mail will leave a calling card explaining how to re-arrange delivery or collection.
• There will be no deliveries on Bank Holidays.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY OPTIONS

The cost of delivery varies according to the weight of your parcel. Shipping can be calculated by selecting your country from the drop-down menu in the ‘postage and packaging’ section of each item listing. Whenever possible we always combine postage; should you require a shipping quote before bidding, please contact customer care.

• The Airsure service will be used whenever possible. Not every country accepts this service, in which case the International Signed-For service will be used. Click here to see which countries accept Airsure.
• A signature will only be required upon receipt if your parcel has been sent using the International Signed-For service.
• If you are not able to take receipt of the parcel, a calling card should be left explaining how you can re-arrange delivery or collection.

REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY OPTIONS

Estimated delivery time; 7-10 working days

The cost of delivery varies according to the weight of your parcel. Shipping can be calculated by selecting your country from the drop-down menu in the ‘postage and packaging’ section of each item listing. Whenever possible we always combine postage; should you require a shipping quote before bidding, please contact customer care.

• The Airsure service will be used whenever possible. Not every country accepts this service, in which case the International Signed-For service will be used. Click here to see which countries accept Airsure.
• A signature will only be required upon receipt if your parcel has been sent using the International Signed-For service.
• If you are not able to take receipt of the parcel, a calling card should be left explaining how you can re-arrange delivery or collection.
• Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details about why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES?

Any customs or import duties are charged to the recipient of the parcel once the item has arrived at its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and we have no control over such charges. We are unable to tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

DO YOU POST TO MY COUNTRY?

We’re pretty confident that wherever you are in the world, you’ll be able to receive an item from princesvintage. Use the drop-down menu in the ‘postage and packaging’ section of each item listing to find out both whether we post to your country, and the cost of postage.

DO YOU OFFER POSTAGE DISCOUNTS WHEN I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE ITEM?

Of course! We always reward customers who make multiple purchases with the cheapest possible shipping cost for the postal service we offer. We can do this because our postage charges are based on the actual weight of the item(s).

UK customers receive a 50% reduction from the postage cost of all additional items making up one order (paying the full postage cost for the heavier item). International customers are able to buy as many items as they wish (up to 2kg), and they’d only incur the required £4.50 insurance cost once; added to which, they’d also receive a discounted rate on the flat postage cost.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

As soon as your payment has been received and it’s successfully cleared, you’ll receive an email notifying you of this. We post every working day, so within this time, you should also receive a ‘dispatch notification’ email, so you’ll have piece of mind knowing that your order is on its way.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

With pleasure! If you require a tracking number, just email customer care and we’ll endeavour to provide you with as much information as possible.

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT SHALL I DO?

Every item posted can be tracked, so even if it’s taking a little longer to arrive than expected, don’t panic! We do our best in making sure that you receive the product in the quickest time possible by posting every working day.

If you’re concerned that your order hasn’t arrived in good time, please email customer care and we’ll endeavour to provide you with as much information as possible.

FREE POSTAGE IF YOU SPEND OVER £100

• Applies only to customers within the UK.
• Only valid if payment for a multiple item order is submitted within seven days of first item purchased.
• Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Applies only to ordered goods totaling £100 (exclusive of original postage costs).
• If the parcel is returned to sender for any reason, the offer is forfeited and the re-postage cost must be covered by the customer.
