PAYMENT:- Prefered payment method is Paypal, though I accept Cheques & Postal Orders
There is no charge for buyers to use paypal.
Please make payments within 4 days of purchase. If contact is not received within 7 days of purchase a Non Paying Bidder Alert will be filed with Ebay.
POSTAGE:- All items will be despatched in secure protective packaging. I recommend recorded delivery (Signature on delivery) or Special Recorded Delivery for valuable items. I wil always obtain proof of posting. Postage charges include all packaging and handling costs as well as actual postage costs.
MULTIPLE ITEMS:- I will combine items to save on postage, but payment must be made for all items in one transaction. Pay only 75p for each additional qualifying item. Please contact me for an amended invoice before making your payment as I can not refund after you have checked out.
SHIPPING:- I will always strive to dispatch all items paid by PAYPAL before 6.30pm on the next working day. All other items will be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds. Please allow up to 10 days for cheques to be paid and cleared.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:- Any faulty or incorrectly described goods should be notified within 5 days of receipt and will either be exchanged or a full refund (less cost of postage) be made.
