Guarantee
We will happily accept the return of your purchase under the following circumstances.
1. Goods, other than faulty goods, may be returned within 7 working days of the date of receipt by you of the goods. We offer a full refund for taps purchased on our eBay shop, excluding delivery and collection charges incurred by us if the tap is unwanted and complete with packaging/accessories and in an "as new" condition, unfortunately, goods which do not comply with this condition may not be returned. For example modified or ill fitted taps that show abuse will not be accepted as returns.
We aim to issue refunds as soon as possible from the customer’s notification.
2. Should the unit arrive faulty or damaged in transit; we will happily exchange this for a replacement unit or issue you with a full refund or replacement as soon as possible This applies to both Auction sales and eBay purchases.
3. Should the unit develop a fault:
If the unit is covered and the fault occurs within the allocated time of extended warranty:
we will happily replace it free of charge excluding return delivery costs.
We do not offer a refund on any "Auction" items sold through eBay, a replacement part or item will be provided if goods are found to have a manufacture defect and will be replaced.
Please note that today’s production techniques cannot guarantee an absolutely perfect tap and buyers should be aware of the possibility of imperfections in the form of a few isolated inconsistencies in the chrome finish or light scratches. As a result of this, there is a commonly accepted tolerance level by which taps may display such imperfections without being classified as faulty. As such, we can only take back taps as faulty for refund/repair if the tap is leaking or is heavily dented.
Where goods are returned in accordance with this provision, we will happily reimburse any money already paid by you, excluding any delivery costs incurred by us.
• When we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them to ensure all accessories and other components are within the returned package and that you have taken reasonable care of the goods. Where the customer has complained of faulty goods they will be tested and then a refund will be issued.
If we receive an item that you have not taken reasonable care of, we will charge you a 30% of total price administration fee as well as a fee equivalent to the reduction in the item’s value. If the item has missing components, we shall charge you a further fee to cover the cost of these items. These costs will be deducted from any refund that is due to you. You can return your items by:
