Delivery
The goods will be dispatched as soon as you have paid for them.
· Goods will be dispatched within 72 hours of payment being received and in some occasions sooner. This excludes the weekends and any public holidays.
· Plumbgaint Ltd avoids using couriers because missed packages end up in depots that are miles away so collection is time consuming. Plumbgiant Ltd will use Royal mail 1st class service which aims to delivery next working day, including Saturday. And at an extra cost of £1.99 you can opt for the Royal mail special delivery service which is guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm.
· For your convenience we also offer the package direct to your site as long as the parcel is accepted and signed for at the time of delivery. Simply email or call us before the goods are dispatched. We can not change the delivery after the parcel is sent.
· If the goods are found to be damaged in transit please contact us through e-mail within 48 hours. They are covered under the Royal mail insurance.
· If no one is available to sign for the goods Royal mail will leave a card behind and either re-deliver at your request or you will have to collect the goods from your local sorting office.

· For non-mainland UK address please add £10.00 water crossing surcharge on top of the UK price listed.
· Second purchases and extra items bought will incur the same postage rate per item and there is no reduced rate available unless stated.
