I will contact you with payment details soon after the item sells, usually the same day, but the vast majority of my items contain post and packing costs so please feel free to proceed to the eBay checkout to complete the purchase if you wish.  However, if you are making multiple purchases, there will almost certainly be a postal discount, so it would be advisable to wait until I contact you with the correct total cost.

I do ask for payment within 10 days of purchase but if this is likely to be a problem just let me know.

I always acknowledge receipt of all payments whether made by PayPal or through the post.

I only charge the actual costs of postage and packing materials -  there are no handling or other hidden charges - and wherever possible I will always combine purchases to save postage costs.

UK buyers may pay by PayPal, cheque (please allow up to 10 business days for the cheque to clear) or postal order (crossed).

Buyers from outside the UK may pay by PayPal or International Money Order (or equivalent) in GBP drawn on a UK bank.

I would remind international buyers that there may be customs and/or import duties to pay on some item for which you, the buyer, are responsible.  It is also your responsibility to ensure that the item you are buying can legally be imported into your country.

All my items come with a full money back guarantee if not 100% satisfied.  In the event that you require a refund please contact me first but basically all you have to do is return the item to me, properly packed within 14 days (please note that some older listings may say return within 7 days but this has been extended to 14 days in all cases).  Upon safe receipt I will refund (via PayPal or as otherwise appropriate) the full cost of the item and all postage costs.
