 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: All items are hand made and shipped up to 15 working days after recieving cleared payment. Ebayer paying via cheque please allow 7 working days for your cheque to clear before the handling time starts. If you require an earlier delivery date please email BEFORE buying

Q: Can you make extra items?

A: Yes, we can make as many as you reuqire. Simply email with the amounts and we will put a private listing on for you using you ebay user name.

Q: Can you make items which you do not have advertised on EBay?

A: Yes, if you have any pictures or ideas please contact us for a qoute. We can normally recreate most items.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

A: Packaging and postage is FREE on all Flowers , so the price you see is the price you pay! On other items p&p varies on individual item.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Unfortunately we DO NOT ship outside of the UK

A: Yes, we can a full range of colours... please email to see if we have the right colour for your theme.
