Delivery info  Here at ossett media we aim to despatch orders the same day if recieved before 3.00pm except weekends and bank holidays if not it will be next day some orders can take up to 3 working days to dispatch, especially during busy periods. We can  not make any guarantees for next day delivery.

Delivery Costs  We  try and be the best on delivery cost we take in to account delivery methods  weight, size  Picking and packing of all goods  so we think we are fair please not email us asking for discount on delivery as we will not reply if however you are buying more than 3 items then please request a invoice from us befor paying it

 

 

 

 

Delivery Methods  We are always trying to inprove our customer service and shipping times we only use interlink for big or heavy items and royal mail for small and light items all our items are sent first class all items come with the option of recorded and insurance you dont have to take this but we do reccomed this as we do not cover in anyway for the loss or damaged  items with the royal mail we will however send proof of postage to you to help sort out your missing or damaged items you are however covered for loss or damaged goods with interlink at no extra cost to you
Delivery To A Different  Address then the one registered to ebay or paypal         if however this is sometime needed then you will have to call us on 01924 276555 to let us know we will then agree or not to do this we will never ship items asking us to do this from a email we do this to help our customers and ourselves against all types of fraud   thanks form all at ossett media
