Here our transparency for a fair deal with you: we add to the postage costs (varies, depend on weight) only the REAL costs for a safe journey for your ordered product. We use mostly used boxes, bags, envelops (we do NOT charge for those used materials)! It's firstly good for the environment and secondly cheaper for you! BUT: we have costs we have to forward to you: printed invoice, tape, delivery document envelop, posting bags, bubble wrap, re-use able zip bags. We do NOT get those materials for free! We have to charge for that! Depending on the product can it vary between £0.30 and £3.-! We use materials only in case we need them! Its for you and us very important to get our product safe to your place!
