The winning bidder will receive a standard invoice sent by us when the auction ends.
We expect winning bidders to respond to this email within 3 days.  
    We expect payment within 7 days.

 If we do not receive payment within 7 days we will have to file a Non Paying Bidder Alert with eBay - It is necessary for us to do this in order to re-coup our listing fees, not because we want too!
We will then re-list said item.

We have no prefered method of payment, although Paypal is generally the quickest and safest form of Payment for both parties. 

We do not charge extra Paypal.

We accept all of the following methods of payment.

Direct Bank Transfers(Email for details)
UK Postal Orders (Crossed or Uncrossed - if crossed allow approx 7 days to clear)
UK Cheque (Allow up to 7 days to clear)
UK £ (sent at your own risk)

Please be aware that the whole purchasing process will be greatly delayed when relying on Royal Mail to uphold both ends of the transaction.

If you are not happy to pay the P&P charges stated on our listings then please do not bid, because p&p costs are non- negotiable.

However, we will combine postage costs for you when you purchase more than 1 item from us, as long as:

• The items that you buy from me are purchased within 7 days of each other.
  
• The items purchased are paid for on 1 invoice only.
  
• The items are posted out together.
  
• If you intend to purchase more than 1 item from me then please wait for me to send you the combined invoice before paying so that I can adjust the postage.
  
• If you pay on seperate invoices then the full amount of each postage will have to be paid.

All our goods are sent first class recorded unless the buyer wishes to upgrade to special delivery (there will be an extra charge for this).

Should your parcel get lost or damaged in the post, we will seek compensation on your behalf from royal mail. Please note that RM are notoriously slow so your patience is greatly appreciated.

We will always obtain a Certificate of Posting to prove that we have dispatched your goods, but we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post as this is simply beyond our control.

The postage charge stated is for the UK only. For postage costs to areas outside of the UK please mail us.

Please do not pay the invoice that you are sent without amending the postage charge to the correct Airmail rate. Failure to do this will delay the postage of your item.
