Exchange and/or Return of goods Policy
In order to return goods to us, please read, download and complete this form.
Returns and Refunds 14 Day Return policy In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, please return the goods within 14 days of receipt for a refund*
You just need to meet these simple requirements:
1. Product must be in the same condition that you received it ~ Tried on only for fit and sizing.
2. Returned in the original packaging undamaged, securely wrapped ~ Please DO NOT send the box without protective wrapping or use tape on the box or fix notes to the box with sticky tape.
3. Return the item within 14 days of delivery
4. Return form must be included inside box ~ Please place this completed page inside the box (so we know who you are and why the item is being returned!).
Without this information we can not determine who or why the goods have come back and the refund/exchange can not be processed! *Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.

Refunds/Exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt.
We will email to confirm they have arrived safely and in good order and process the return / exchange.
If an exchange is requested for non-faulty goods, then the buyer is liable for all associated postage costs and it is advisable for the buyer to contact us prior to returning the goods/ form in order to check availability of exchange item and arrange to send payment of P&P with the return
To complete the process eBay will email you to ask you to confirm that the item has been returned and a refund / exchange made.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods returned are not in new condition, in the original packaging or defaced with sticky tape or sent with insufficient postage paid.
