| A:We rarely hold auctions nowadays, as most of our items are offered as 'Buy it Now'. If there is an error in our description or price, we might accept an appropriate bid on request. |
| Q:Do you send by insured or registered mail ? |

| A:Packages (total purchases) with a value over 50 GB Pounds are sent by Special Delivery in the UK, and International Signed For mail elsewhere. Packages below that value are covered by our own insurance, which is included in the postage charge. |
| Q:Can I cancel my purchase ? |

| A:Yes. At any time up to 21 days after purchase, you may cancel, for any reason, and receive a full refund. |
| Q:Which currencies are accepted and which means of payment ? |

| A:We prefer payment Paypal, which will deal with currency conversion issues, but we can also accept personal cheques in £ GBP, US$, or Euros, but please wait for our instructions if you wish to pay by check. Cash is not an ideal method of payment, as it cannot be traced or verified in the mail. |
