Natural Senses prefers Paypal. However we also accept GBP personal or business cheques (please allow 7-10 days for cheques to clear, ensuring your name and address are on the reverse of the cheque) and UK postal orders. You can also arrange to collect in person free of charge from our shop in Needham Market. See contact details below

DELIVERY INFORMATION

ISSUE DATE: 1 DEC 08 As we are new to ebay we appreciate that postage and packaging is not an exact science and is a major component for small transactions. In order to keep the costs as low as possible for buyers, we quote 2nd class post as standard, with the option of 1st class post for items up to 4000g. For heavy/fragile items such as glass or marble we use Royal mail standard parcel service which quotes delivery in 3-5 working days. Due to the varied sizes of products we ensure all products are carefully packaged using industry standard cardboard boxes, postal boxes, postal tubes, bubble wrap and loose void fill products to ensure they reach you in good condition. All packaging is purchased specifically for e-bay trading and is quoted at cost. In the rare occasion that it is possible to recycle existing packaging from our retail shop, an appropriate refund will be made to the buyers Paypal account. We do not profit from either postage or packaging

RETURNS & DISPUTE POLICY

In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase when it is delivered, please contact us immediately via ebay and we will attempt to resolve the problem. If it is decided between us that the item is to be returned for an exchange or refund it is the responsibility of the buyer to dispatch the item within 7 days of receipt, in sufficient packaging to reasonably ensure safe receipt by us, and that is in re-saleable condition. Returns are to be made at the buyers expense unless otherwise previously agreed between us. We regret we are not able to refund or exchange any specially customised items such as wedding favours or customised gifts.

DISPATCH ITEMS

Items are generally dispatched within 5 working days from receipt of order. You will be notified via e-bay when your item has been dispatched

CUSTOMISED ITEMS

Any customised items such as wedding favours or guest gifts please allow up to 14 days from receipt of order. If you have a special request we will make every effort to meet your deadline
