Prices and listings
- We try to make sure that the prices and information on our ebay listings are accurate, however, we will need to validate the price before we process your order. If we are unable to supply a particular item, which you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, or there is a mistake in the listing we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order.
- Product images featured in our ebay listings are given as a sample for guidance and should not be interpreted as being an exact match. Images are updated regularly to reflect the products appearance as accurately as possible.
Delivery
- Parcels returned to Natural Matter due to non collection or failed delivery are subject to delivery charges outwards to customers location, a return courier delivery fee + a restocking fee of 20% + any Paypal and Ebay fees we have incurred.
- We can deliver goods to destinations within the UK and some countries in Europe please email us first.
- We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated in ebay but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time, which we quote for that item, please contact us by telephone or email.
- Some areas of the UK will incur further postage cost. We will alert you to any additional postage cost after purchase. You will have the option to pay the extra postage or receive a full refund.
- We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
- We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and Business Post as our chosen delivery services. Depending on your location we will use the cheapest quote given.
Return policy
Non Delivery and Shortages:
§ Customers are requested to examine all goods delivered upon arrival and to advise carriers representative concerned, at time of receipt, of any apparent damage, shortage or irregularity.
§ Claims for incomplete, damaged or defective goods must be made to us, in writing, within 7 days from date of delivery. Natural Matter Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
§ If you wish to return unwanted goods you will be refunded minus the initial postage fees + a 20% restocking fee. You will be required to pay the return delivery fees.
§ If the goods are not delivered within 14 days you must notify Natural Matter in writing.
Defects:
a) In the event of any article being defective in materials or workmanship when delivered we undertake or replace or at our option repair the article free of charge. Our liability is limited to such replacement or repair, which shall be deemed a complete fulfilment of our contract.
b) We shall be under no liability whatsoever for any consequential damage, loss or other expenses whether arising out of contract, negligence or otherwise.
c) In the event of any complaint or any other article being defective in materials or workmanship when delivered, notification must be made to us immediately and we are to be allowed a reasonable time to enable us to replace or repair any article, providing that all defective articles are returned to us in the state in which they were supplied by us. We shall be under no liability for defective parts damaged in transit whether due to unsatisfactory packaging or otherwise.
d) If the item is defective the customer will be required to post the item back to Natural Matter and then a full refund will be given. Due to the service we will be unable to pay for return postage fees.
