| A:returns are accepted within the guarantee period.this takes effect from the time your item is delivered.delivery is a service and i will not pay for an item to be returned.if you do not aggree with this please do not bid.there is no exception to this |

| A:all items are sent out within 2-3 working days of cleared funds.we use parcel force on a 48 hour delivery system.parcel force work monday to friday.saturday and sunday are not classed as working days.please bear this in mind. most items are delivered within 24 hours of being dispatched.subject to parcel forces working criteria. |

| A:we only ship within the uk.any questions asked about shipping internationally will not be answered.we do not send to southern ireland either. |

| A:no we dont due to some buyers being time wasters.all items are sent out by parcel force or royal mail. |

| A:this form of payment takes 10 to 12 days to clear into our account and is unacceptable. |

| A:most printers are guaranteed for 30 days.some of the new class of printers are guaranteed for 60-90 days.(always displayed at the bottom of the add.) |

| A:yes we do but please dont waste your time and ours by putting in silly offers.we will always look very closely at offers near the buy it now price.these kind of very near offer nearly always result in the offer being accepted. |
