RETURNS POLICY
ALL MY ITEMS ARE UNPACKED AND CHECKED BEFORE THEY ARE LISTED. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF AN ITEM BEING SENT OUT FAULTY I WILL REPLACE THE ITEM ONCE IT HAS BEEN RETURNED AND ALSO REFUND THE CUSTOMER'S POSTAGE COST.
ALL ITEMS HAVE A COMPREHENSIVE SIZING GUIDE, THEREFORE PLEASE CHECK CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING. IN THE EVENT THAT THE ITEM DOES NOT FIT, I AM HAPPY TO EXCHANGE BUT THE BUYER WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE COST (SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILITY) OR ALTERNATIVELY WILL ORDER A DIFFERENT SIZE AND THEN POST OUT.
SOME ITEMS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE IN DIFFERENT SIZES. IN THIS INSTANCE I WILL REFUND THE COST OF THE ITEM ONCE ALL FEES HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED (PAYPAL, EBAY, POSTAGE AND VAT).
IF YOU WANT TO RETURN AN UNWANTED ITEM WITHOUT ANY FAULTS, WE WILL REFUND APART FROM OUR OVERHEADS ON THE SALE (PAYPAL,EBAY,POSTAGE AND VAT COSTS).
THIS CAN ROUGHLY VARY FROM 15-20% DEPENDING ON THE ITEM.
