Laptop Battery
Q1: How do I know whether the battery is compatible or not?
A1: Please check the model number, Volts and Amperes. You need to cross check with your laptop manual or you older laptop battery to make sure that voltage rating is the same. In case if you’re using batteries of different voltage, then it can cause very serious damage to your laptop.
Q2: How many cells in the battery?
A2: Normally the capacity of one cell is 3.6V~3.7V*2000~2200 mAh.
If a battery is 10.8 V, 4400 mAh, we can calculate it in this way:
(10.8 V / 3.6 A )*(4400 mAh / 2200 mAh)=3*2=6 cells
Q3: How to preserve the life of the battery?
A3: If you make your battery HP OmniBook 6100 battery plugged into the power supply, most of the time it will actually degrade the battery and it won't hold a charge when you do need it. It's better to use your laptop without the power supply until it is completely drained .
Ink Cartridge
Q1: Is your ink cartridge chipped?
A1: Some with chipped, some without chipped. Generally speaking, if you choose the right model, you don’t have to worry about the chips matter. For special cases, you will read “Attention: you need to set your old chips on the ink cartridges.” in the list, then you need to add your old chips to the repalcement ink cartridge.
Q2: Can I choose the color in the pack?
A2: Sorry you cannot. All the ink cartridges are packed in the factory, so we cannot change the content. But we have prepared various packages to meet your need, packs with more black inks, small and large pack are all avalable.
Q3: Is the ink compatible to my printer?
A3: Please refer to our compatible model list, if you can find the compatible model there, it is compatible.
Laptop Adapter
Q1: How do I choose the right adapter?
A1: Our adapter are compatible replacement only. Please check carefully the voltage, current and plug size of your original adpter. Although the plug size has been stated on the list, some careless buyer still buy the wrong adapter as they forget to check the plug size. So please do check carefully to avoid further inconvenience.
Q2: Can I have the plug which is suitble for the socket in my country?
A2: All the plug is UK standard. If you are in other European countries, you need to buy a converter to use the adapter by yourself.
Q3: I am not sure which adapter is suitble for my laptop, what information should I tell you?
A3: Please tell us the voltage, current and plug size of your original laptop adapter via ebay message or email.
