| A:We offer a 7 day return policy if you are not happy with your purchase. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Please notify us first and the item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. We retain 15% for handling and cannot refund postage. |

| A:We aim to despatch the working day of or after payment. Delivery is by Interlink Express or 1st or 2nd class post, depending on the item.

| A:Yes, all stock is held in our 12,500 sq ft warehouse and should be sent the same or the next working day. |
| Q:How do I know my money is safe? |

| A:Please check out our feedback, also please note that as I have converted to a Limited Company and incurred large costs in doing so, we are here for the long term. We have invested heavily in racking, a mezzanine floor, shelf units, storage bins and packaging to ensure we can provide you with an excellent service. |
| Q:Do you close for holidays? |

| A:From Christmas Eve to the 1st working day of January only plus all Bank Holidays. Otherwise, we are open 51 weeks a year. |
| Q:Can I get more of a product if I wish to? |

| A:If the product is for a house project, we recommend that, at the prices we offer them for, you stock up with your needs in one go. |
