All of our items are in stock and ready to be shipped straight away. We use high quality packing materials to ensure safe arrival of all items, especially box sets. Unlike a lot of companies who simply stuff box sets in a jiffy bag, we pack them in cardboard where possible or wrap them in bubble wrap, preventing those annoying knocks and dents as well as reducing the risk of the disks coming loose.
We do not use automated emails as when shopping ourselves we find them impersonal and annoying. Paypal always send an email receipt for your payment and we always manually email to confirm dispatch.
It has become clear that customers would like to receive their feedback on receipt of payment, as such we are more than happy to oblige, however in return we request that customers email us in the rare event of a problem. Our feedback profile is a not a platform for communication.
All of our DVDs are genuine UK releases sourced from the UK’s leading wholesalers. We do not sell, or condone the selling of, counterfeit goods. On the odd occasion we may sell Region 1 DVDs, which have been sourced from legitimate companies in the US.
All of our listings state the BBFC classification of the title for sale, by submitting an order you will be confirming that you are of the legal age to view that title. eBay's pre-filled information may be erroneous, our description always states the correct classification.
We do not share your personal information under any circumstance (unless required by law). We do not use your email address for marketing purposes either. The only emails you receive from us will relate directly to your order and/or questions.
All of our prices include VAT. Other than the postage costs displayed there are no extra hidden charges, the price you see is the price you pay.
