DELIVERY COSTS - we either provide FREE delivery or 'AT COST' courier charges - coupled with our LOW TRADE PRICES, we again expect 5

DELIVERY TIMES - this is greatly misunderstood. If we tell you that delivery is 15 working days and it takes 15 working days we expect a 5- you should not rate lower if we have provided what we stated. You should not rate lower just because you wanted a quicker delivery. If you have not paid for a quicker delivery our terms and conditions provide that you need to accept the delivery timing that was made with your offer and confirmation. We can only provide what we have promised not what you would prefer it to be,
