National Postal Strike update  

  During the industrial action of the last few months all our orders have been delivered apart from one recorded delivery item. We apologise to any of our customers who may be inconvenienced as there may be slight delays in receiving your item due to the backlog of mail at Royal Mail.  During this period feeback on despatch of item has been frozen therefore you will notice that our delivery time score is low.  Before the strike this was our top rating together with description of item.   We usually despatch the day of purchase or the next day (we even despatch on a Saturday if you catch our morning post)  Any customer sending a cheque or postal order just let me know it has been posted.
