Dispatch Details
All our items are despatched in robust tamper-proof packaging as soon as possible after cleared payment has been received, excluding Sunday. Usually we ship next business day after receiving payment. However during busy times we will ship 2/3 days after cleared payment is received.
We will do everything in our power to make sure the transaction is as successful as possible. We are sometimes let down by the Royal Mail, but in our experience this does not happen as often as it is reported in the press.
We have found that delays in the delivery of a customer's item are due mainly to:
1. Customer has not provided a daytime delivery address - In these cases the customer may have to collect their order form their local sorting office. Or the customer needs to arrange for re-delivery via their local sorting office.
2. An incomplete address or badly completed address was provided. Royal Mail use machines to read the address and we can not stress highly enough the need for each customer to check that their address is registered properly.
Especially the post code, which should be in capitals (upper case) and the two parts of the post code should be separated by two spaces.
We email each customer when their order leaves our warehouse.
We use the shipping service that each customer selects from the options available for each item. Customers can opt for a range of post service that best suits their needs.
Using Royal Mail services means that dispatch costs are kept low; our customers do not need to liaise with couriers and on the whole, Royal Mail deliver 99% of our items next day if you select Royal Mail first class service and you have registered a complete accurate address.
We use Airsure for orders sent to America and International signed for service to Canada and Australia. Airsure costs more but offers a track and trace service. For Europe we use Airmail, this service does not offer a tracking service.
We inform every customer by email when their order leaves our warehouse and is then in the care of Royal Mail.
